Eric brings over 35 years of experience to the company, including managing multiple offices in the Bay Area for MRI Inc., a national executive search firm and, more recently, PrincetonOne Search. His offices were often in the top 1% of MRI’s 1000 offices nationwide. Besides management success, Eric has continued to excel in recruiting and client development. He sees every search assignment as an opportunity to bring value to both client and candidate, and has fulfilled staffing needs in engineering, operations, marketing, sales, IT, and senior management.

Susan Scott brings to TCG over 20 years of medical device recruiting experience. She is strong in new client establishment and development, as well as in recruiting of top candidates for those challenging, tough-to-fill positions. She enjoys exceeding her clients’ expectations and delivering qualified individuals. She is focused, professional, and competitive. She is thrilled to become an essential partner in a client’s recruiting efforts, and is able to handle multiple assignments with competence and good humor.

Gavin Wheel has achieved success in all phases of the recruiting process. He worked at MRI for several years in various capacities before joining PrincetonOne Search, and became a successful recruiter in a wide variety of industries.
